Michelle Hawea Great place to store your possessions. Storage was closed the day I went in but all it took was phone call to Peter and an online application. I didn't have to wait for Tuesday to store my things I was able to do it straight away. It was Kings Birthday weekend. Great rates and service. Picked up keys from Polly on the Tuesday now I have 24 hour access to my things. Highly recommend this storage facility. Thank you both so much. Peter and Polly 😊😊

The standard concerning the security and the humidity is of a very high standard. I stored a big leather wall painting for more that 2 years in the secure space of unit No 17 with no damage what so ever.

Paul ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently ended my 5-year rental with Self-Storage Gisborne, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The facility on Disraeli Street was consistently clean, tidy, and secure, giving me peace of mind throughout my rental. The after-hours call number was also helpful; I used this service once when my fob key wasn't working, and the problem was resolved immediately over the phone. Polli, the exceptional receptionist, made it easy to find a same-day space and was always on-site to help with any storage or packing queries. If I need storage services in the future, Self-Storage Gisborne will be my first choice. Thank you for providing such excellent facilities and service!
