⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently ended my 5-year rental with Self-Storage Gisborne, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The facility on Disraeli Street was consistently clean, tidy, and secure, giving me peace of mind throughout my rental. The after-hours call number was also helpful; I used this service once when my fob key wasn't working, and the problem was resolved immediately over the phone. Polli, the exceptional receptionist, made it easy to find a same-day space and was always on-site to help with any storage or packing queries. If I need storage services in the future, Self-Storage Gisborne will be my first choice. Thank you for providing such excellent facilities and service!

Excellent customer service and facilities. We have had a storage unit for 2 years with no dramas at all and have now just rented a shipping container just before Christmas. I called and enquired and the container was at home that same afternoon. Definately recommend ☺️

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, security and space as well as with Polly – she was very welcoming, knows her stuff and explained it very well. I have since referred my vendors to your website. I have their property on the market and they may require storage facilities.

I've now stored here twice and it was perfect for my needs. Great location, easy to access my unit, great security and Polly is amazing to deal with.
